Slowest service I have seen in awhile... Wonder how you can cook my burger with nobody on the grill?

Every time I come here u never get waited on and the tables are so discussing. Last time I come here.

If you get seated in Shondre's section...Just give up cause your service will suck.

Worst Steak 'N Shake ever... I will from now on drive down a couple exits to the one on Cap Cir NW. Servers that actually smile and managers that actually run the show instead of just hanging out.

I phoned in my order of 2 Turkey melts 10 minutes before I got there. However, I still waited 20 minutes after I got there

I heard great things about Steal 'n Shake . However, my family and I were highly disappointed. The burger meat was paper thin and flavorless. We won't be back.
