Meat is excellent, beer is great, staff are very friendly and venue is fantastic. If you're out for a late night burger , be aware they stop serving burgers after 10 but their BBQ menu is still great.

The closest thing to an America BBQ joint I've experienced in Sydney. Beef Brisket , Ribs and Mac and Cheese are amazing. They also have shuffleboard tables upstairs!

The fried chicken was good, but the 2 piece is plenty for 1 person. (I got the 4 piece and struggled hard). The mac and cheese was too cheesy. I could only have a little bit of it..

Friendly service , stone and wood on tap , half priced American BBQ on Wednesday. This place is great.

The beef ribs , sausages , and slaw are a must. Be prepared to wait for ribs - you can't rush good barbecue .

The burgers are excellent - flavoursome and just the right size.

Beer , cheesy American food and good tunes . All round solid place

Their ribs are amazing. As is their Mac & Cheese

Not too busy at 5:45pm on a Saturday night. Very (almost over-) attentive staff . An ok beer list . The Surly Burger was decent (3/5) - would rate higher if double or with bacon .

Extremely disappointed on my second trip .door guy was v rude & telling us we shouldn't bother coming In & that we wouldn't get a table. Got a table within 2 mins. Brisket & ribs both cold. Not a fan

Two ribs for $20 with tiny sides that taste like they've been poured out a tin. Not impressed.
