Watch out for immature children running around the pool while parents are in the lounge drinking and not watching there kids

There's a shell gas station within a stones throw away. Get your water there instead of paying $4 for a bottle at the hotel !

Beautiful lobby, rooms still need renovation. Be sure to turn the fan on high to drown out the airport noise.

Great for before or after flying in or out of CVG.

Terrible customer service. You're apparently not allowed to express opinions to Rachelle. She'll yell @ you to go your room. Don't expect a speedy shuttle pick up from the airport . Room is meh.

Very limited menu at the "restaurant "...I suggest renting a car do you can find food variety.

They asked us to sign a "Code of Conduct" upon checking in. WTH???

Hotel is currently being renovated. Bistro is closed so they put tables in a conference room . Rooms are okay, I've seen better. They have no Wall-Street Journal's. Not cool.
