A fantastic record store run by the world famous Jack White from The White Stripes , et al. There is much more to see than just albums- I recommend stepping into the photo booth for a souvenir picture.
Get there before opening on Friday to get tickets for the behind the scenes tour . Might even be lucky enough to get a tour from Mr. Blackwell ????????
Great! Full of Third Man merch. Record your own vinyl , sit in the photo booth , listen to the monkey band, play guitar, and press a wax figure in the fun little oddities section. & shows there are rad.
Small record store with contemporary printings and re-issues by Third Man Records. Great ambience with a very nice staff but can get crowded .
From the crisp design, to the quirky decor, White Stripes props, listening booth and more- this is a must see for music fans.
Incredible place to visit, cool atmosphere, great records with a heavy emphasis on vinyl , especially amazing if you're a Jack White fan!
Very cool analogue machines: photo booth , recording booth and every record Third Man has produced. Love it!!
Jack White lovers will want to stop for a visit at TMR, his magic factory , venue and tiny music shop a bit off the beaten path. Read more
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be inside Jack White’s head, his record label’s headquarters—part music shop, memorabilia store and recording studio—is probably the closest you’ll get.
Use the Mold-A-Rama machine to craft your very own replica of the 1964 Ward's Airline that Jack plays onstage.
The girls, who work in the front of the record shop , may give you a more extensive tour if asked nicely.
Awsome record collection and souvenirs
TMR is Jack's white record label the store is full of vinyls and cool stuff
Badass. Flip through 'em all. You'll be surprised by a couple. And ask whoever is working what's going down around Nashville. They've got their finger on the pulse of the city , fer sure.
Where else in the world can you see a live music performance where artists can record live direct-to-acetate? Nowhere.
Great collection of records and merchandise to browse.
A fun look inside Jack White 's Head. I'm scared.
A delightfully bizarre mixture of items for sale. Ranging from Jack White prayer candles to rare vinyl .
Jack White doing it right once again!
My sons favorite place in the world. It definitely has a groovy vibe
Simply amazing! I loved it, thanks Jack White for such a gem!
Well worth a visit! Has an automatic recording booth that presses to vinyl .
I'm from Chicago an I came here to grab some records and waltzed out with way more then I expected. You have to pick up some exclusive to the shop records, it's a must
The vinyl recording booth makes for a nice souvenir
Arrived and there was a trio recording on a wax cylinder outside on the hood of a car, where else does this happen!
This place is great, but ask before you buy. There are a few $100 7" 45's and at least one $250 LP hiding amongst the regularly priced items. Nothing is priced, bit everything is worth it.
Very cool store, a must see in Nashville!
Their old-fashioned photo machine makes a fun souvenir!
Really cool place to see a show, and usually cheap too. Check out the calendar on their website.
Kick ass record shop everyone needs to see!
Here's a tip, try the records! They're great!
Even my mom thought this was a cool place. That says a lot.
Sra cut a record while we were in Nashville.
What is there to say? This is God's headquarters. Bow down: YOU'RE NOT WORTHY!
Small but cute store. Walk around, the surrounds are so Nashville
Try to catch one of the live shows.
If you've got the means I recommend the 3" mini-records set. Pricey , but so awesome.
No, Jack White won't be here when you walk in (but you can stalk him outside)
So cool to see this! Great gift shop .
Super cool place
The new hours are Mon-Sat: 10am-6pm, Sun: 1pm-4pm
Hours are 12-6. Not in the best part of town but oddly it itself is the best part of town . Your turntable's not dead!
Pick up some exclusive to the shop records, I recommand the Jon Wayne record and fly farm blues by Jack White .
Smaller than you may think, but sweet none the less.
Black Friday 2012 - grand opening of the novelty room!! cant wait to see it...in 9 hours!!

One of the oldest working letterpress print shops in America. A sight to see and a fun spot to pick out an inexpensive Nashville souvenir. I’m endlessly inspired each time I stop in for a visit. - Design*Sponge
The lemon vanilla cheesecake is heartbreakingly wonderful. And today's special, Mediterranean stuffed chicken, was to die for. - Jennie Alwell
