Good hotel in Pratunam , the biggest shopping area. The room is very big. If u like shopping. U will love it because shops are around hotel . Just step off the entrance, bargain - buy - keep in room

Situated at the heart of the city(literally)The Breakfast Buffet at the tip deck with an overhead view of Bangkok city . The rooms AC was not functioning properly and even after mending it, no change.

From the hotel entrance, turn right and go through the car park entrance to get to the next street for more shopping!

We are staying in the Executive Suite, the bedroom is big separate living room, very comvy for family with kids.

I felt creepy in a room at 30th floor near to lift. It was dim&haunted oso the receptionist rejected my room exchange request. TV unable to off, lamp spoilt, dirty ,i force to stay wt friend next room.

Coffee shop at main lobby is pretty good for this place. Love for egg with sausages at the breakfast ;)

Slightly run-down, bad reception service, friendly bell-boys, vintage doors, pratunam = lobby, spectacular view (after photoshopping) and cheap buffet . Rate it.

Near shopping, eat, center market

300 Baht for the viewing deck could be lower for budget tourists .

Light spoiled halfway, darkness walking towards the room and feel ghostly .

The room is big. Has a couch , a kitchen area, dining.... But when i stepped in for the first time, the room smells old and with cockroaches. The view is nice though.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in Bangkok. The water heater is not hot, housekeeping had to be called everyday, faulty room key cards, infested with baby cockroaches , air con which is not cold...

If you do not expect very much it is a quite okay hotel ... Funitures are old and require upgrading

Am i Make the right choice of this hotel ?

Spacious suite . Lots of baby cockroaches . Took 2+hrs denying,pushing responsibility,hanging up phone,bad attitude from Lobby counter staffs before settling a choked toilet bowl. No apology at all.

DO NOT stay in the standard rooms. Upgrade to executive room unless you want to suffer. ????

Services is not good. The room is old and many ants in my room(at the sofa and on the bed). But for location is stratrgic for bussiness shopping.

Worse Hotel receptionist EVER! SOMEMORE IT'S FROM THE RECEPTIONIST DIRECTOR... Worse "star" hotel ever stayed....

Realy bad services. Broken ac , extra bed at 2 am, broken toilet . Not recomended.

Executive room is ok but others room is not ok. ABF is good.

Нормальный отель . Для своих заявленных звезд. Тараканов не видел, обшарпаность тоже замечена не была. В общем для своих звезд и цены отель нормальный.

Снесите нахуй этот отель !! Пристанище русских пакетников и китайцев! Все унылое и обшарпанное, кондиционер еле дышит. Вокруг нету ничего. Инет платный и не работает все равно. Самый дурацкий отель БКК

Разок можно остановиться ! Не больше. Номера и в хостале попадаются лучше и дешевле. Отель старый.'

Bello bello!!!

Номера средние. Говорят, есть тараканы. Ни одного не видел. Крутой вид из окон . Дохера магазинов и движухи вокруг.

タイ で一番高い建物！展望台 には宇宙人がいます(^^;;
