If you’re shopping for groceries and not for garden rakes and bedroom furniture , it’s the perfect size. It’s rarely crowded , and checkout is quick and friendly . Great service and selection.
I work at this store and have worked for company for 9 years. We do take returns that were bought at other HEB's. We don't have everything the newer stores have but we are working on it.

I have worked on the front end of this stire for over 4 years and I couldnt ask to work with better people.

Review the meat, seafood , and produce well before you pay for it. They're having serious quality control issues and not fixing it. Same for all North Austin area HEB's

You can't return items purchased at other HEB stores to this one. Unsure why.
Be careful and observe cleanliness of workers handling food in deli section . Did not purchase after seeing person answer phone with plastic gloves then turn around and handle food with same gloves!

No longer have a meat counter , so you're stuck with whatever junk they decide you should buy.
The Seafood Dept shouldn't smell like the Gulf...strong odors hit you at the front of the store. Not a good sign.
Not the best store for Gluten Free or Organic food. No bulk section either. Go to HEB Plus instead.
