Chipotle Mexican Grill

The line was long on New Year's Eve, but the customer service as great. Everyone was nice and funny. Parking may be bad, but the service and food are great :)

After reading the tips, this was1st time Ive been@this location, Outside+inside both clean , other than1worker wiping down trays where u pick food up next2register. In+Out less than5minutes The Truth.

You can ask the ladies in front question when their isn't a line building up behind you. Try the Patron Margarita on the rocks to not water it down with melting ice!

Use online or iPhone ordering. You can skip the line and go straight to register.

Staff is so amazing, always friendly .

2nd person in line out of two people in the whole restaurant and it took me 20 minutes. Worst customer service and the cashier looked like a deer caught in headlights.

Service has gone way down hill . At least it's still tasty.

Terrible service, terrible parking lot , sometimes the food isn't even up to par - no seasoning in the rice ! I'd go for a different location if possible....

Small Chipotle. Food taste good though.

The service at the Hyde Park Chipotle is consistently horrible. It's so slow and there's always a long line to prove it. The food quality is good though.

This place is a mess. No clean tables. Food all over the floor it's disgusting!!! Wish I had looked around before I ordered.

Try the burrito .
