No matter how clearly I say " VERY VERY VERY EASY CREAM" this is what I get. Every time.

I really don't know why I bother going to this location. Easily 30%-40% of the time the drink is wrong. Why is it so hard to get it right? especially when the sticker with what the drink is, is right?

Last time here for me. It's one thing to wait. It's a totally different thing to wait and have your drink be wrong.

Given wrong order. Returned to get the right items, the blonde that made it threw it on the counter and walked away. Ridiculous service. The last who made the error offered me a refund.

Drive thru can be long in the mornings!
