This is where Sonny (of Delaware nail fame) works Wed-Sat. He is still at Tulip on Kirkwood Highway on Mon-Tues, for now. Very awesome attention to detail & a great choice of current polish colors.
This place has gone down hill ! They are never ready on time! Wendi seems she just doesn't wanna work and tries to pawn everyone off on her mother who is the worst! I won't be back!
