So maybe it doesn't take that long to make a tamale . It's just that the dude who runs this place at the California Ave Farmers Market ALWAYS forgets to put my husband 's order in to BE made! Ridiculous

Find this place only on Wednesdays (11:30-1:30) right outside Bloom Energy headquarters

Tortilla was good. Chicken taco for kids was plain, had an odd flavor, really bland.

Wasn't worth price or wait time. I had chipotle shrimp & husband had mole negro. Mine was bland and the mole was pretty bad. Very unbalanced flavor!

Pronounced 'Wha-haw-kan". And apparentally they come on Thursdays now :)

Wonder why it takes SO long to get a tamale from this place. Aren't they already cooked and ready to go? -__-
