The place is always clean and the employees are friendly . The orders also are filled quickly, always plus especially in the mornings. We received great service from the moment we walked in the door.

Quality food, neat and clean surroundings, ample seating space and quick service is what you get at McDonalds in Heber city. The food as always is top quality and the location is very comfortable .

This place is always clean , and even when busy, the staff always remains friendly and helpful. The orders are handled quickly which is always a good thing; especially in the mornings.

Mc Donalds is by far my most favorite place to grab a bite to eat. This specific establishment offers good service , and the food always tastes fresh. I'll be back soon!

This location was recently remodeled and appears headed in a great in comparison to the previous chain. Mostly new crew, some familiar faces. Lobby is a lot more roomy and service seems way improved.

Make sure the cashier reads your order back to you for accuracy. Nearly got hotcakes because I was misheard. Otherwise, good service and clean atmosphere.

Asian gal that wirks us very nice but seems lost and not knowing what she is doing half the time.

Seems to be a really busy place at lunch time, lines to order and to get your drink on a friday

6:30 on a week night, 15 minutes for a big mac and a shake .....

Worst McDonalds visit in a long time... Order was wrong, so they just took the onions off the burger . Shake machine couldn't mix chocolate properly so it pooled at the bottom. Manager didn't care.

They donated all of the food for the make a wish families:-)

Got a new manager a few months ago, now the food isn't so great...

Super slow, no courtesy or manners from staff or management... disappointing #macdonald @mcdonalds

Service is hit or miss, employees here seem to strive for the worst customer service possible. Burgers are served luke warm half the time.

Avoid drive-thru, stupid slow.
