Funky 70's building, very confusing to get out of once you get to the bottom floor. Not well marked, if you don't know exactly where to go it is not very user friendly .
Public building hours are 7:30-5:00, M-F
Elevators are in the middle of the building.
This building seems like it would of made a good world war II bunker
Tunnel access is on A Level
Smells like mold in this building.
B Level is a fallout shelter.
