Great poke option in Hell’s Kitchen. Everything tastes super fresh and the make-your-own bowl is about ~$15 or less

This place has enough options to never have the same thing twice. Try the noodles with anything it's a great base.
It’s good but they recently got rid of so many of their add-on options for some reason.
