I love this store, but I avoid coming here on Saturday or Sunday. It's crazy and the crowds make it very unpleasurable

Instead of buying the yellowfin tuna at the fish market in the store, buy it frozen because they defrost it anyway and it is cheaper.

Coming from Austin, this HEB is better stocked and almost nicer than Whole Foods. Holy cow.

Near the bread section , there are always tortilla and cookie samples

Don't expect them to sack your groceries with any sort of logic. Also, they will discontinue your favorite products at random, so don't get too attached.

Love how the people in the Deli know me. Great customer service!

The share branch credit union is open until 5 on Saturdays.

If you have to shop on the weekend go on Sundays before 830 am. Not crowded at all

The ladies working the flower department are incompetent and rude. Don't ask them to figure the # balloons you need!

Look for Little Soya by the Sushi and Seafood departments! ;)

Go early or go wicked late too many people here not enough space!!

The Mango 's are perfect right now. Juicy and Sweet.

Great produce section. Love this store.

Lady at artisan bread section is rude, lazy, does not want to be bothered with questions. This is not the first. Unlike my experience at other HEBs, which is usually pleasant.

Avoid shopping on Saturday. It gets crazy.

The coffee shop

If possible I try to do my shopping here Mon - Thurs to avoid the crowds.

Single? Try picking up ladies in the cat food aisle.

Pick up some Tamales

Waaaay to crowed, try randells instead.I hate coming here.
