Lately their customer service is bad. No one available to help, or know nothing, or they "don't belong the department". Or a cable guy wants to sell your their service.
Worst customer service I have EVER had ANYWHERE. Three seperate times months apart . I try to support businesses in my area, but will never make the mistake of shopping here again.
