Very clean hotel and really close to London tube . Staff are the nicest and they guarantee that if you don't have a good night of sleep they'll return your money. Love it and we sure will return.
love the beds... our best friend had to jump in .. because the bed was so high.... and the food was also really good.... as was the connection to the london tube
If Hangar Lane or the Central Line have problems then use Park Royal 5 mins walk from the hotel and make use of the Piccadilly Line
There's no room service , and make sure you find out what their meal times are cos you'll just be perpetually angry when you can't get anything to eat!
