If your goal is to build muscle , this may be the right place. If your goal is to have a casual workout, you need to look elsewhere.
Their sales people work from 10am to 10pm. If you don't wanna be bothered by them come before 10am.
Inexpensive , but watch out for the personal trainers who will try to sell you pricey and questionably effective personal classes .
The fact the Chinese guys smoke in the bathroom is annoying, they should do something about this. 😡😡😡😡😡
