Small and busy but a great spot. Broth is awesome and you def get enough pork . Went standard except for the thick noodles and rich broth. Think I’ll try the thin noodles next time.
You can customize your entire bowl from the broth to the noodles . I made mine standard and spicy , and it was full of flavor. Just right!
I like the miso ramen with the thick noodles and thick broth . But you can’t go wrong with any of the choices as I’ve learned from my sampling. Add an egg and some pickled greens to put it over the top
Delicious tonkotsu broth. Thin noodles . You can choose spice ????️ level. I’ll say spicy is quite spicy ! I might choose medium next time.
They have vegan options for all ramen bowls. Additional options to choose thin noodles , spice levels, firmness, umami etc. Try their classic vegan bowl - it's super flavorful!
Solid tonkatsu and Shio ramen all highly customizable. Nice, cozy setting and friendly staff .
This place is perfection. Get Rekka , customise the bowl with thin + firm noodles , extra umami. You are welcome!
Love the customization concept to make your perfect bowl . Eggs are worth it.
You can customize everything in your ramen . I got everything standard and it was delicious.
Lotta vegan options . Small place so can expect a wait if u get there during busy hours. Kaedama is cheap for $1! Like the thin noodles
Almost every component of the ramen is customizable so you can create the perfect bowl !!
Food here is as good as at the Kitsilano location, which is to say very good. Be prepared to wait.
Cheap ramen shop, good for small groups and solo dining . Get the miso ramen + egg , nori and extra pork
Amazing Ramen comes to Park Slope. Get the miso ramen , great umami and a little spicy .
Their miso is my favorite
The Classic Rekka Ramen & Gyoza were delicious.
It’s all delicious but you can’t go wrong with their classic ramen .
Thick noodles and soft boiled eggs for sure!
Antoine loved this spot. Food was great and no cash was exchanged you@pay by credit
It’s fine if you’re in the neighborhood . I prefer ichiran or za-ya. Broth is just wayyyy more rich and flavorful at those spots !
Great ramen . Very good gyoza . Fun vibe.
Gyoza , Beer , all their ramen !
The noodles are Kyushu Hakata style. I’m not sure what that means besides super thin noodles
Branch of Japanese chain serving Fukuoka-style ramen .
The best vegetarian ramen selection in Brooklyn.
Ramen is great. Ambiance could use a little work.
Best ramen in Park Slope. But $$$
The ramen is very customizable especially for those like me who do not like too salty.
Thick broth and byob
Best ramen in Brooklyn

Get the egg noodles that normally comes with the miso ramen and use it in the tonkatsu. Do not forget to get the soup dumplings!!! Pork and crab is amazing! - Warren Chang
Great chill brunch spot in addition to their bakery items. Cheesecake is delicious! - Mandalyn Renicker
Really can't go wrong with anything, but the marshmallow/rice crispy ice cream is out of this world. - Meg Farmer
