Excellent training and coaching, superb facilities! Absolutely fantastic!
Come here on weekdays to avoid the crowd. The gym is quite small and awkward since it only has showers and the toilets are outside. For such a pricey place, it doesn't even offer a towel service.
A place to vent the stress in a very friendly environment . They also have programs for young kids. Excellent.
Come on weekdays is better. Too busy on weekend.

Slightly less crowded than the one in Thong Lor. The space is a bit bigger too. I found the lesson to be unsatisfied as some of the instructors were kind of rude and impatient with the newbies. - Rinnapat
The gym isn't that big. It's not too hot as its on the top of the building. Instructors are nice but sometimes they don't guide you with the techniques. It's a good place for beginners. No towels. - Rinnapat
