Swiss Chalet Bakery

My first trip. I'm really impressed. It's a pretty relaxed, positive place to hang out. The food was good.

They moved across the street and now have a bigger store and more selection. We can now sit down and enjoy a coffee and a danish or donut , muffin or croissant . ~Morristown NJ

Not just sweets! Try the stuffed spinach croissant or quiche . They will heat it up for you. Delish!

Newer, bigger bakery ... cupcakes , coffee and outdoor seating ... can't ask for more.

Great place, delicious food but high priced.

I don't understand what about this place is Swiss, no judgement on what they sell but the baked goods seemed Italian-American to me.

Love the coffee roll.

Their "Smoothies " are basically like 7-Eleven slush . Not sure if there is any real fruit ! Chaotic ordering process lead to smoothie being prepared before sandwich was ordered. Breakfast in NJ sucks.

Hard not to like. I'd come back after moving away.

Two words: Mocha cake !

Food is decent, but they really need to get that line situation sorted out, its a mess in there when it gets busy.

Not for Celiacs BUT they make an insanely good flourless chocolate cake that I don't get sick on

Below average croissant . it wasn't a european style buttery flaky viennoiserie bread roll.
