If you come in late bring your own body wash as the citrus ginger body wash dispensers are usually empty at night. I prefer Irish Spring cuz the ladies say it makes me smell magically delicious ;-)

If you don't like a lot of people around you when you work out, the peak hours of volume are from 6pm - 8pm. Otherwise, the place is great, the workout machines are up to date and the place is clean !
Heres a tip, dont continuously spit n the pool while you and your friend just play around with each other and take up lane space like its your own private kiddie pool. Your an adult, ease act like it.

Good equipment and fairly clean . Gets very busy at peak hours so try coming very early in the am, lunch , or late at night.
If you plan to go swimming make sure to go during off hours. There are always people swimming laps during peak hours .

If you get a trainer ask for Luke or Dom! Worth the money and they're pretty entertaining.
Gail is the best spinning instructor there. Mike is awesome for experts.
Crowded around New Years and they don't keep their equipment repaired.
Try one of the new Les Mills clases, RPM, Bodycombat or Bodypump.
If you're doing personal training , ask for a session with Lauren. She's the best!

Friday night 5p to 8p is not as busy as other weekday nights.
Get there after 9 or before 5 to get a good cardio machine
