Nice hotel very near to the airport . Good size rooms with comfortable beds and excellent service.

The bar is a really good place to lounge with friends. They serve really good food and the waiters/bartenders are really nice and friendly .

Clean , quiet , friendly staff , timely shuttle service and the food is awesome. Front desk has a wealth of info to help plan your stay.

Today, they picked us up at the airport really fast and surprisingly they had our rooms ready I enjoyed a nice dinner at the bar which is really good!

Hotels at JFK are questionable, the crown is alright, good shuttle service and get late checkouts with ihg membership

Wifi speed in lobby: 10Mbps down, 8.5 Mbps. (I ran Speedtest.)

Shuttle service took 30+ minutes to pick up from Federal Circle.

Well so far very nice for The South Side! Just ask early for extra towels.
