Great quiet atmosphere late on a Saturday night. Simple board games to enjoy having a drink with friends. Friendly staff . Would go back!

Great food and quirky interior all within a stones throw from the river . In the week can get very busy so make sure you reserve a table.

Probably the best Sunday roast in the area. Excellent meat and veg ... Oh, and pork crackling !

My local and the by far tge best pub in shad thames without a shadow. Only draw back is there is no beer garden but you can sit out the front.

After its refurbishment at the end of 2013, it went from being a quirky local with spirit to a generic brewery pub with surly staff and crappy food. Not impressed.

Full rack of ribs on Tues nights is worth the visit alone

Customer service seems to have really declined. "Take a seat and let us look after you" now seems to mean "be ignored for 15 minutes while we clear glasses and clean tables.". A shame.

Not serving food at 10pm on Saturday. But the beer was solid.
