Seriously the best customer service I have seen in years. The bakery will locate and slice any bread . The butcher can explain the meats types and tastes. Brilliant. I will be back!

You have to be very careful when parking your vehicle here, a lot of inconsiderate drivers who bang their trolleys into other peoples cars and motorbikes. .

The other issue I have is that milk , bread , eggs etc is all at the back of the store which I can understand from a marketing ploy it is to get you to buy other products

The customer service from Bakery especially a lady called Diane is exceptional, she is always willing to slice the bread and is friendly .

Mobile networks don't work here. Buying bread makes it feel like walking to Perth to pick up bread and coming back to Sydney to make a payment. The lady in specs at self checkout needs to smile a bit.

90 minutes free parking (or two hours if you get your parking ticket validated by Coles staff ). Minimum purchase of $30 required to get two hours.

I think the worst set up of Coles I've witnessed... The things you need daily are located at the very end of store... Everything is isled up in the most haphazard manner...
