Stop by early on Saturday morning, right after the weather turns cool. You'll find a line of associates dying to answer questions, because all the other DIYers stayed warm in their beds.
Don't waste your time during normal working hours of 8am-5pm. You won't be able to find anyone to help you our that knows what they are doing.
