If you want to enjoy the water cannons or slide , don't go after work hours on weekdays. I really only go for the pool because it's just so incredible but they have a lot of other fun activities.
Try out Zumba with Makea, Denise, or Tracy. It's always fun and the best cardio workout!
Excellent atmosphere for exercise - workouts, love the smoothies , & the staff are very cordial.
If you go during the busy after work hours , you may have to wait for cardio machines and will only have 30 minutes to use them.
Use the gym between 6-8am during the week. The place is packed after work 6-8pm
