Fries are not frozen, but hand cut with a nice mix of crispy and soft. I had the apple compote burger , which was cooked perfectly medium well . Have several burger options. Try the homemade BBQ sauce .
Incredible tasting burgers ! It's also awesome to see the owner being so actively involved with the customers. Great atmosphere as well . I've been here 5 times in the last 2 weeks. It's that good.
You gotta get the double! Don’t ask me why but it’s taste is different from the single which is good too! Take half home but get the double! Love the Cowboy!
One if best burgers I've ever had. They knew that my girlfriend and I were from out of town and gave us free bbq chips . So good! When I move to Charlotte, this will be my go to.
The blue cheese burger that was the special was damn good. And probably the best fries I have had in Charlotte
Tell them if it's your first visit. They'll hook you up with some free BBQ chips . The staff is great and is more than happy to answer any questions you have.
Get the Hangover Burger . Seriously one of my top favorite burgers ever.

Order at the counter type of place which is cool but not impressed with the food. BBQ chips were good, sweet potato fries tasted old and overcooked. One of the two burgers we ordered was undercooked.
