Best cycling classes of any NYSC I've been to! Took classes at various locations in the city & jersey and theirs is by far the best and most intense!

You have to plug your headphones into the audio jack on the cardio machines for the tv to turn on.

I don’t use the Elliptical Machines much, but Apple’s 30-pin connector was discontinued when the iPhone 5 released in 2012 in favor of the Lightning connector. Additionally it’s been USB-C after 2023.

My first gym . Well clean . Friendly staff and always multiple people on the floor to help. Large space where you can feel at home working out. Worth the money

This is a great, clean , spacious (for the NYC/Hoboken area) gym with good classes and friendly staff .

Great, clean , and roomy gym . Come during the day for less folks and a great workout!!

This place has gone downhill. It’s grossly overcrowded at peak times, takes weeks for much needed repairs to equipment, and it’s not clean . With that said, they have some really good trainers .

Of all of the New York Sports Clubs that I've attended, this is the cleanest, most well run location. The equipment is all well maintained as well .

A good trainer is someone who's been through it and is still current. Not someone who just read and got a cert. Ask your trainer what's his fitness accomplishments?

Added new treadmills but the stairmasters are always broken

Try and come in between 1-3pm. The place is dead.

Overcrowded, broken equipment and dirty locker rooms .. Audio equipment broken on most cardio machines . Many requests to management go ignored I just wish another gym would pen in the area.

80% of the tv 's on the cardio have broken audio . I've told staff numerous times. 6 months later nothing's changed.

Dee Canty is a great trainer . I highly recommend him at NYSC!

Not enough space dedicated for weigh training . But yeah, bright and basic.

Walking lunges with a barbelll recruit more stablizer muscles than with dumbbells.
