There are surprisingly few solid breakfast/brunch spots in Historic Roswell, thus Public House would rate as the best option. The "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" omelette is a legit Cajun dish. Coffee awful

The eggs Benedict and the Kitchen Sink are my two favorite meals.
Omelets and French Toast are good. Coffee acceptable.

Came on a Sunday at 9:00 am. Food was good service ok, but how does a restaurant not have half and half at 9:00 on a Sunday morning with 2 major grocery chains within 2 miles of it?
This place used to be awesome & unique. They made it corporate & like every other place... put a wall up & took its historic feel. Coffee is terrible, but food is good.
Please ask the restaurant to bring back the old coffee or try a different one.
Delicious omelets and grits. I had lobster omelet avocado with a peach Bellini. This location has a liquor license so you may enjoy bloody Mary's, Bellini's and mimosas. Evan is friendly, attentive. - Tricia Bean
