Whenever I'm in the mood for Zaxby's, this has become my favorite location. The manager Tommy is awesome. He knows what customer service is all about and he never disappoints in Quality service.
Zaxbys as a whole is great. This location though is not. Drink machine is usually not working 100%, slow service, and seems short staffed during lunch hours. Thankfully another store is nearby as well
