The staff are super efficient, informative, and friendly . Even if items you look for are not on the shelves, they go to the back room and check if they have them in stock in no time.

A temple to modern technical design. Notice the fit and finish on the handrails on the spiral staircase. Flawless.

This is a must visit for travellers to get wifi and chill (there's hardly any free wifi in Japan!). Good ambience, music , charge your phone, chat with friends, research your trip and rest your feet!

Very efficient service available in English and probably other languages. I walked out with a new MacBookAir in literally no time. Wonderful. Love Apple!

Ex-mcdonalds place updates to MAC place ! 以前mcdonaldsがあった場所に出来ました。マクドからマックへみたいな感じ ! OhYeah ! w

都内アップルストア で初めて、B1と1Fの２フロアー型単独店舗。ビルテナントで無い分、大胆なデザインが可能になった。開放感のある３面ガラス張り の外観 が印象強い。

日本に数あるApple Store の中でもダントツに大きく、美しいAppleStoreです。東京メトロ 表参道駅 A2出口 を出たすぐそば にあります。

素晴らしくこちらの意を汲んだ応対をしてもらえるお店です。ちなみにApple Storeは障害者割引があるので、該当される方は購入時ご相談を。また、Apple Store各店はWi-Fiを解放しています。

東京の３つのApple Storeの中でサービス質が一番良かったのです。 普段なにかある時はわざわざ表参道店を利用しに行くぐらいです。これからも良いサービス を提供して下さい〜よろしくお願いします。mm

Apple Watchのバンド初期不良はGenius予約しなくてもやってくれた。時期によるかも だけど。念のためにGenius予約はしておきましたが。（笑）

イベント 「iPhoneやiPadで音楽 の演奏 や制作を楽しもう」は実際に音楽 がつくれる作業が見られて面白かった。思ったよりも簡単に作れそうな気にさせてくれた。

銀座 より全然空いてる。けど買うならネットで決済して店舗受け取りにすることをお勧めします。着いて5分でiphoneX受け取れました。

iBooks Autherのワークショップは、どんな事が出来るのかを知るのに十分な内容でした。これが無料なのは凄い。

銀座 より空いてるけど、サービスに手抜きなし

キャリア機種変更手続き、キャリアの店員より手際が素晴らしい（笑）説明がシンプルだから早い。

外からの外観 がオシャレ過ぎて、買い物に入るというより美術館 に入る気分になります。

広い、混んでいても展示 品の数が多くて見やすい、ものを見るなら表参道店、セミナーは銀座 店かな

アップルの聖地。アイフォー ンが販売開始日は必ず中継がある。
