Fill your bowl half with yogurt , then some toppings, back to the yogurt and finish with toppings. Rookie mistake was not doing this and halfway thru only yogurt :-(
During the day is the best time to go to beat the crowds, otherwise known as annoying people. =)
You don't need to fill up the bowl. Get only what you'll eat - keeps it cheap .
