Fuki Sushi

If going for nigiri , ask what's fresh on the board. I've had some wonderful butterfish and kanpachi from the board in addition to the traditional nigiri selection.

Excellent Sushi from real Japanese Sushi chefs . Be sure to check out the specials and get at least one of them. They are always something seasonal and special. this place is good for authentic Sushi .

Love their sushi . We usually sit at the sushi bar so that we can watch the chefs and to meet other people sitting next to us. Makes for a very fun experience.

Order lots of nigiri rather than Fuki Mori which is 8 nigiri they choose for you for $35. I only liked half of them. Sea urchin is good. Amaeba/sweet shrimp was alright but not too sweet/fresh

Great food! Everything was good, from the edamame to the rolls. I especially liked the spicy tuna roll and the unagi avocado roll .

Just sit on the sushi bar and let the chef recommend to you. Their nigiri pieces are awesome

The decor is beautiful but the quality of food was not as good as I expected. If you like traditional Japanese decor, this will be your place - but don't expect high quality food.
