The place, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the music , energy and the nostalgic memorabilia . I'm a sucker for the HRC franchise, so for me it's a hit or miss let alone an NYC location!
I've been here a few times and was there last week for my birthday. This place never fails, friendly staff , friendly environment , lots of rock music and great decor with artist memorabilia all over
This location on Broadway is a tourist haven but I have eaten here before, even though it gets crowded they easily move people in and out
While it is a little more expensive , you get a huge plate of food and do not go away hungry. The wait is always shorter than what they say. The place is huge since they moved to their new location.
It was good for us that we used opentable app.The starters, the drinks , the music , the atmosphere were great. The burgers are so and so. Super ribs and steaks . Totally worth visiting it.
Crowded and pricey , but what else can one expect in Times Square? You can shop for Hard Rock items while waiting. Friendly staff , especially at the bar . Great atmosphere. Great memorabilia and music .
Amazing bar ! A lot of antique items and rock legend. Quality food with a good price. Lovely employees! Ambient music is missing classic rock though...
Get the hickory bbq bacon cheeseburger . And for sure get the hot fudge brownie . It's an insane portion of brownie , ice cream , hot fudge , whipped cream and nuts . So good!
Incredibly pleasant. You should definitely try the cheeseburger and the fries.steaks make a great. We went with no reservation and has never been a problem.the service are fast and smiling staff ..
The best cafe in NY. The tastiest cocktails , cool music , nice bartenders and wonderful atmosphere. Whenever I'm here, I feel 20 years younger. My advice is the cocktail Bahama Mama
My favorite HRC! In the heart of Times Square, it's always busy and most of the times you have to wait in line if you want to be sitted at a table but it's worth it
El lugar es enorme. Vaya con tiempo y sea paciente, la atención y la comida son lo mejor. The place is huge. Go with the necessary time and be patient. Attention and food, the best.
The original HRC New York was the third Hard Rock Cafe in the world, after the original in London and the old Los Angeles location. The Times Square location opened 2005 and it rocks. Believe it.
Everytime we been there is packed and we been here quite a few times… this location rocks… I would recommend booking a table in advance, else being ready for a long long wait ….
My grandson thought it was cool. (16) If you have teens with you while in Times Square I would recommend a visit. Check out the hot Fudge Sundae . :-)
Best milkshakes ever! Try the vanilla or chocolate ones, they are to die for. Plus the venue was amazing. Loved it!
Great location; in the heart of the city . Merchandise section is very busy, restaurant has always a long line . Otherwise standard HRC, but stuff is very friendly .
Hard Rock at its best. Huge restaurant but still pleasant. Friendly staff and the food and drinks are very good, Hard rock quality.
This place is just amazing!! The decor is awesome, guitars, drums, and a lot photos by band's rock!! I really recommend... ????????❣️
The local legendary was one of the most upsetting experiences that I have ever had at Hard Rock. I have already visited more than 10 Hard Rocks all over the world and the local here was the poorest ;(
If you are waiting for someone and want to rest up and sit down, go through the main lobby, go down one staircase, and sit on the big staircase to the left. B sure to get a pic of the famous God Wall!
Really really nice place, the service might take forever and they may not always be very nice to you. But the food is awesome and the song too, but be ready to spend at least 2 hours in it.
Dont wait in the line for a dinner table, bar section is in the center of the same saloon and its more fun. Btw U can also eat dinner in the bar ;)
The original HRC New York was the third Hard Rock Cafe in the world, after the original in London and the old Los Angeles location. The Times Square location opened 2005 and it rocks. Believe it.
Never go when it's seriously busy but when it's a quieter bustle the objects they have all under one roof are extraordinary. If you go exploring you will be sucked into the rock and roll world
Don't forget that you go to the overly touristy place. Cocktails are very nice. The menu is classic American. Big. Very big!
The food is amazing. If going as a group you should order plenty and share so you can experience more of what is available.
Mention to any team member it's your Birthday & get yourself a free desert . Or even better, for the over 21's a choice of a free cocktail . Worked for me everytime ;)
If you can find Tina Benez, it will definitely make your trip to Hard Rock worth it! A hoot and a half, and one of the few people alive to have a hard rock pin made for her!!!
They have memorabilia from the Beatles and many other great performers from their era and more. The food is just like any other Hard Rock. But the atmosphere is fun for music fans of all ages.
Amazing place, good food, great stuff to buy and super super super friendly staff !!! 10/10.
The chicken fingers are absolutely amazing! You have to get them if you like chicken fingers , they'll be the best you've ever had!!
I like NY Hard Rock , so friendly personal , tasty nachos ????
Try the loaded tater tots and the spicy diablo burger . The winner here is the strawberry basil lemonade .
Try the Samuel Adams beer and a giant Nyc Steak !!! Don't miss the electric guitar's wall!!!
We came twice here and everything was great we didnt wait more than 2 min to get in. Wifi pass is rockstar ! Should come if you are on vacation maybe its not a place for americans living here at nyc
What can I say? The Hard Rock is the Hard Rock no matter what city you happen to be in. However, it seems to be a "cool" place to see and be seen if you are in the Adult Entertainment Industry.
Flatbread and original legendary burger ???? margarita is delish ????????
Better to make a reservation if you don’t want to spend an hour sitting on the ground waiting for your table… (Even if the restaurant has plenty of tables available….!)
Go to the basement to find a nice and clean toilet at Times Square!
The jumbo combo is delicious! Wings , tenders, bruschettas , onion rings ... And it serves up to four.
Burgers are good, margaritas are better! Ask for the vibe host, we got a tour of the best memorabilia
Fantastic price for the Ultimate Long Island : $15. You get the glass on the picture as a souvenir.
Don't wait too long for a table, they'll usually just let you go right in to sit at the bar . The bar is just as amazing and serves full meals! Enjoy.
Have to try HRC in NYC..get the cauliflower wings , buffalo style - great for vegetarians ????
The Jumbo Combo (a bunch of appetizers ) is a must! It's very tasty.
Great Bruschetta and Burgers ! Also good Club Sandwiches . Always a fun place to go!
I always have a great time in the Hard Rock Cafe . Great service, friendly staff , delicious food.
This place is amazing... Take photo in the lobby guitar and don't forget eat a hamburguer ????
Been coming here years and can't believe they STILL haven't come up with a solution to get phone service in this piece! It's like you're in a cave . Or the middle of the ocean or something
