Environment is spacious . Although it was a rainy evening, they turned off the airconds and only let the fans spin. Outside is cooler than inside. Not good if there's many customers.

Service is not good - unfriendly and seem irritated to talk to us. The food is not vegetarian- friendly and the service is not interested in helping. Pretty place to sit with coffee & meet friends.

Ugly fact about most OldTown: Their service is terribly bad. Yes bad till d point that I gotta leave this tip on 4sq! It takes ages for d waiter to attend to ur table and it happens all d time.

Worst service ever. Take 10 mins for someone to come n collect the order . Take another half an hour only to come n tell me the food I ordered no more. Manager there bz buaya n didn't key in order.
