Service slow. Staff not showing any urgency. My chicken cordon blue burnt, and another order of spegetti came late (30 mins waiting). Not recommended to eat here unless you willing to wait long.
Not recommended. Slow services. Taste so lousy. Better eat at food junction food court upstairs. It tooks 1/2 an hour to get my mushroom soup and nearly 50 minutes to get my meals.
Service sucks. Asked for butterscotch latte , gave me latte without butterscotch then argue with me. I drink all the time I x kenal ke? Ask for tiramisu but forgot. Nottingham branch way better.
Service is a bit slow compared to number of staff they are having. Boleh bikin panas hati tunggu.

They have the worst lasagna ever. So freaking oily, very little minced chicken with only one layer of lasagna sheet. 👎🏼👎🏼
Ok berbalik servis lambat tadi... rupanya waiter lupa order tadi letak mana... bukan nak followup balik... orang2 mcm patut berhenti.. pekerja mamak lagi bagus.
