Krystal is the best server here! She is so sweet and takes great care of you.

Don't know what all the fuss is about service. Sitting at bar now and have excellent service. Food is awesome as always.

If you are a fan of Chilis like I am then leave now ,, this place is not good , worth the drive to the one in south Arlington on little rd and 287

I enjoy their food but beware of their sodas , they are watered down like a lot of places now days.

Ask for April to serve you! She's the only exceptional server I have had there and trust me I go there a lot;)

TJ the DJ formally know as Tom the Bomb...is hilarious...it was the best serivce I've ever had!!!

Quincy is one of our best servers. He mustve been busy with a lot of tables.

Dining room half empty, kitchen backed up. Cook on break milling around. Food not hot after taking 30 mins to come out. Passed on free dessert after being told it would take 15 mins to get.

Been here 2x the past month & had same server both times who is HORRIBLE! Do not recommend coming as soon as it opens, or having "kelly" seat you in her section herself, & treat you like crap!

service was alright waited 20 mins for food then decided to take a nap woke up 20mins later still no food waited about 10 more mins and food finally came but it was cold and burned very slow

food was cooked so poorly it made me my daughter and sister sick the next day and we all had different dishes

After sticking my foot in an unknown yellow runny substance under the table we moved to the bar only to be ignored for an hour until we decided to walk out in the tab. Worst service ever.

If they try to seat you in Quincy 's section, ask to sit somewhere else. He is not very attentive.
