Afternoon tea is simply divine! They do a gentlemen version, including small sliders and chips with a pint of local beer . One of the best things I had for a while!!!

Stayed May 2011; staff was friendliest, most capable/helpful at any hotel ever. Room decor OK; nice and quiet ; super-dark hallways but punctuated by find-your-way lighting. When in Dublin I'll return.

Went to the bar for drink on a Saturday night. Cocktails were amazing but unfortunately the staff were not. Bordering on rude, customers seemed like an inconvenience.

Helpful staff and adequate breakfast but very noisy air conditioning in the room. Poor water pressure in the mornings is not enough even to flush up the toilet .

Room not ready at 3pm, nothing but excuses. Inexcusable for a hotel of this supposed calibre

Pink pink everywhere! The hotel bar isn't half bad. Not terribly expensive .
