OK I complained and a different person made another for free. The jerk who made it initially has no clue. So if it happens, ask different person to re-make it. They wont charge.
They need to stop assuming that I want it cold. If it is 100 degrees out I still want it hot!
Some of them dont know how to make capchino. Happened so many times so warning uou. Be aware of quality of coffee you get. Hope you dont waste your money!
