Really enjoyed the Grilled Avocado Salad . Cherry AND sundried tomatoes were a pleasant surprise. Avocado was cooked just right--completely creamy. High quality "bacon " strips. Great dish.

Offering travelers upscale comfort in the form of oysters , lobster mac and cheese , steak tacos , and stiff seasonal drinks . Bonus for opening at 5 a.m. and offering biodegradable utensils to go.

Chimichuri chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries paired with a Royal C2 cocktail and Eric as your waiter transforms the airport to a foodie nirvana moment. Live piano music ties it up with a bow!

The fresh tomato soup and grilled cheese is just the right portion and simply scrumptious. A little on the salty side, but good.

I always get the Manhattan , and I'm never disappointed. Yes, it's a bit expensive—it's SFO. Quality and consistency are worth paying for. (Drink at another airport was terrible, and twice the price.)

Chips and warm blue cheese dip is solid. Great beers . Sandwiches , fresh salads and everything on the menu very solid. Great airport food .

The staff is very friendly and the crinkle cut sweet potato fries are the best I've ever had!!

Lobster Mac & Cheese and Grilled Cheese w/ Tomato Soup travel aboard well . Polished both off before they even closed the cabin door! ;)

Lobster Mac & Cheese .......who would have expected that @ an airport....terminal 2 is the best....worth being early for a flight ....real early..almost like a layover

Worth going if you aren't in a rush. Fresh Catch Lettuce Wrap is a mini nicoise salad . Nice flavor. Lobster Mac 'n Cheese sounds like a great idea, but the lobster flavor is lost in the rich cheeses .

Must try the Housemade Chips and Dip . The blue cheese dipping sauce is awesome. Small plate so, it's only good for 1 to 2 people maximum. Enjoy and you can thank me later.

The meatballs or the grilled cheese are great before a flight . It's airport prices, but not Lark Creek Grill prices.....

Lobster Mac.....kicking. They don't do much wrong here. Bright , clean...for an airport ?????

Try the Cat Cora Pale Ale - SFO has mad class . Both Tyler Florence and Cat Cora at the Virgin America Terminal! This is a very good beer , btw.

Very tasteful lobster mac....but no lobster....maybe 3 good size morsels...pasta was andante, sauce had good flavor but the lobster...adonde????? Sad

Leisurely service, lobster Mac-n-cheese very good, beet salad dressing drowns sweet beet taste & goat cheese on bread a nice touch.

Great Bloody Mary . Tell the server what time you board before you order so they can guide your food choices.

Food was great! Oysters were small but good. Service was led than attentive. We weren't in a risk but we were not checked on once we got our food.

Angela is a fantastic waitress . She lent me her charger, served me with a smile and made my delayed flight a total pleasure.

Piano gave it nice ambiance that reduced the pre-flight jitters. The beer also helped a little.

If you are by yourself sit at the rear bar - it has great view and power plugs

Tried to get snacks and drinks, but waited 25 min for two cocktails then just cancelled them. Being ignored by the bartender so she can pour continuous shots for the three ppl at the bar is lame.
