I like the store. All products if ready to try, and high speed internet helps you if you need just find some information, like in digital library .

Service in this store was great! They let you check in, and after maybe 5 minutes your up. The staff is friendly and help you as good as they can. I replaced my iPhone battery, great experience.

If you happen to come for the Genius Bar , make sure you are on time, preferably 10 minutes in advance. If you're too late, they'll reschedule without a blink of an eye. Dutch customer service ...

Friendly staff . If you just bought a new product, you're able to set up and install everything in the store before you leave.

Hard to miss it. Tourists especially like the place as it offers free wi-fi connection like their other stores. You can always spot people outside the store burried in their phones.

HUGE. The genius' are helpful. Mostly packed with people. Little low on accesories but still better service then other european locations.

Planning to stop by at the Genius bar ? Make an appointment upfront to avoid the dissapointment. Tip: make several appointments , because if you come late for one, it i'll be cancelled.

Come half an hour late for your Genius bar appointment time cause there's no use in being on time. They will sit you down and make you wait forever!
