Great hotel Up: staff well trained , facilities are new and nice. Beautiful terrace for a coffee . Down: basic details are just overlooked. Saudi staff gets stuck at reception easily, restaurant same

I’m so proud to have this in Saudi Arabia💚.Lovely place. Escape for couple of days here and you get refreshed and back to reality again. There are many activities for kids and adults.

Loved the room, cleanliness, and the view . Staff are very friendly and professional. One 🌟 down for: super slow elevators and only 2 for the whole hotel , and that it took 30min to send a towel.

The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are nice , rooms are well designed and comfortable . I do not recommend to eat in the hotel restaurant , there is steakhouse next to the hotel . I give it 7/10

Idyllic and isolated 🌅, this can be home away from home 🏖. Clean rooms , friendly staff and overall high quality 👍🏽. Come to escape the city on weekends 🏙. Recommend to come December to March.

Nuce staff , lots of activities, rooms have wonderful windows scenes.. Everything you need is seconds away.

Nice place, but horrible services. I’ve waited half an hour for a gulf car and I ended up missing my appointment, and renting a gulf car for 1 hour is 200 SR. It doesn’t make any sense!
