Pretty overgrown out and back. Best view is at the very beginning. Beyond that this is simply a trail used to link up to other trails .
Lower Macleay Park Trailhead to Pittock Mansion: 5 miles Maple Trail : 6 miles Lower Maple Trail loop: 3 miles (hike then feed on NW 23rd Ave)
Don't park pararell to the forest ..
Very loud traffic noise. Skip it.
