The staff is very friendly . Never had a problem with the food. Lines tend to get long, since many people enjoy their services, so when it so happens to be short or nobody at all, go get yo food quick!
Lines are very long during the 11-12 lunch time period so be prepared
The 20 min green loading zone is a great place to park if you are getting food to go.
