The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert

I had a great time here. The staff is wonderful and the lobby smells fantastic. You can save some money by cooking in your villa and having happy hour by the pool.

The Westin Desert Willow Villas are more than adequate , the people are kind but they do not appear to be given the tools to be an #SPGLife success. Transfers within the resort : far understaffed

When it's 123 degrees out, remember to hydrate. *And stay kind.* So many grumpy people who aren't used to the heat!

This is primarily a timeshare property. Don't expect same SPG privileges even they give you the same speech. By check out day they were doing everything but throw my suitcase out.

The ice cream smoothies from the poolside bar are great. The club sandwich is pretty tasty too!

Very nice place but we don't like being so far away from restaurant and main activities. This is a resort , not a hotel .

This place is awesome have came here every year for the past 4 years just got a new staff but still awesome!!!!! :)

You have to meet the staff Eric and Jordan normally work at the sun shop they are awesome!!!

Great Happy Hour everyday from 4pm - 6pm. $5 margarita and half off appetizers ! I highly recommend the chicken nachos !!!
