เมื่อก่อนมีแต่แมคโดนัล คนแน่นเต็มที่จอดรถเลย ตอนนี้มาเปิดหลายร้านเป็นคอมมูนิตี้มอลมีแมคแวลูร้านอาหาร ร้านหมอฟัน มาเปิด แต่คนกลับไม่เยอะเหมือนเมื่อก่อนยิ่งร้่านชั้นสองยิ่งเงียบ มีแต่88Hachiที่ขายดีหน่อย
บางร้านเช่น MK กับ Yayoi ไม่เข้าร่วมโปรโมชี่นส่วนลด ก็ใส่มาในคูปองให้ตัดรกกระเป๋าซะงั้น
สถานที่คล้ายๆอเวนิวแหละ มีแม็คโดแนลกะแม็คแวลูเปิด 24 ชม.ดั้วะ
