Excellent location. Out of the dozens of times I have been there they have only messed up once on an order. And rectified it on my next visit with a personal handwritten note. Very sweet.
Panera Bread is a nice place to go if you're looking for a place outside the house to get some work done; be it sketching, writing, or something on your computer. This Panera is no different.
1 person manning the register waited with 5 individuals meals in front of me, new strawberry caprese salad , then tells us no mozzarella for salad or even frontega sandwiches , disappointing!
Dont go when it's busy. The workers sometimes get mixed up and forget to put things in that you ordered. Other then that, it's wonderful!
If you're staying, ask for your hot chocolate in a mug :) just like home!
The bread is amazing. I also love tomato soup
1/2 Chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato , onion ,and bravo sauce on multigrain bread with broccoli cheddar soup

Apparently Sunday afternoon is training day for new personnel, 20 minutes for a hot chocolate .
Check your food before you leave in take out orders. They are 0 for 2 with the chicken avocado Cobb salad . No egg and cheese first time. Second time no dressing given. Ugh

PACKED at lunchtime, get there early.
So the service isn't too friendly but the management went out of their way to make sure my experience wasn't horrendous. And the food is great considering its basically fast-food.
Iced chai tea latte is a can't miss
This must be one of the worst Paneras in Morris County . The staff are not very friendly , they are always out of fresh coffee and cream. The Panera on Rt10 Denville is far better.
