Lovely hotel in walking distance from all the happening places in Brisbane. I also very much enjoyed the hot tub and partially open-air pool!
The staff are very friendly and I got chocolates & fresh fruit on arrival. The steak restaurant downstairs was pretty good. Good steak , awkward service, paid extra for sauce?

Is my portable wifi hotspot broken or is it being blocked in some way in this hotel ? There's been some controversy about what Marriott is doing with wifi blocking in their properties.

Out Shopping with my daughter, stopped in at the ground floor restaurant for a cold drink. We were shown to a table, we waited 15mins for someone to take our order, we left. no drinks and no return.
Every month the Lobby Bar has a different cocktail . Try one of the Festivalista cocktail . Yum!

The lifts take forever! Don't bother with the restaurant here, it's overpriced, understaffed and very sub par food.
