Amazing hotel , friendly staff , extra clean facility , very recreational, uphill location isolated from crowded Pattaya, beautiful sea view , need transportation however it's 5 minutes drive to downtown

Nice n clean hotel surrounded by beauty of nature. Would be great for family with elderly n kids. Not suitable for ppl like to go around city or island . accessibility is not good n its costly.

Nice otel but little far from the walkstreet taxı drivers get 300 baht to drive there ???? stay a hotel where is closed to walking street because life is in there????

Even with some extra charge, upgrade to the highest floor! (the charge may divert based on your contract. )This time lower flr 103USD+890THB made me enjoy stunning panorama.

Everything is nice here but u have to pay extra for everything. They have a small play room which is not free and only age 2 to 12. My baby is 1&1/2 and they didn't allow even with my wife being there

Jaguzzi pool next to the beach is awesome. If you come here, no need to go out anywhere unless you need the city . Just close your eye and lay down + your favorite book . ^o^ Enjoy.

Buffet breakfast is $780bah, one way ticket for shuttle bus to downtown is $100. Have fun, play save and be nice! A Grand hotel indeed.

Didn't like the check-in process. There was one guy who was rude & didn't even know English well :-( They charged me 400$ as deposit though on the web-site it said no deposit will be charged :-(

Отель шикарный, но есть свои нюансы, как, собственно и везде в Паттайе. Русскоговорящий персонал отсутствует, если не считать русских девушек, которые сидят возле ресепшен днем.

ห้องพักใหญ่ สวยงาม นั่งระเบียง ฟังเสียงคลื่น สระว่ายน้ำริมเขา เหมาะกับวันพักผ่อนจริงๆคะ

Обалденный отель , номера , цены , вид на море , пляж , постояльцы, еда.. идеально!

Очень хороший отель с отличным сервисом!

Заказала Кампари со льдом , принесли рюмку и большой стакан льда ... На вопрос: как мне пить Кампари со льдом ? Удивленно смотрели????????

Из минусов : Невероятно медленный Вай фай и вечно практически ничего не знающий российский релейшен офицер

Жаль, что роскошь отеля не всегда соответствует действительности. Заселили в грязный и с отвратительным запахом номер . После проверки менеджером наших нареканий , переселили в очень хороший.

กับมาวันนี้ไม่ประทับใจ โดนพ่อครัวอาหารญี่ปุ่นพูดใส่ไม่ดีเลย เสียอารมมาก

Lobby กว้างดี มีมุมเปิดเห็นวิวทะเล

บรรยากาศดีมาก อาหารเช้าอร่อย :)
