DMZ Third Tunnel of Aggression

Be forewarned that after climbing all the way down while hunched over, you have to climb all the way back up. This history is a lot more interesting than tunnel , but still quite an experience.

The story behind the tunnel is much more interesting than the tunnel itself. It's a tunnel after all! But it's a good way to excercise, since the walk up & down is long and steep.

It's a workout. Be prepared for the walk back from the tunnel can be pretty tiring from the steep climb . Interesting tour with some very scary real threats behind the story.

Nice place combined with short hike :) I guess it's worth the visit and fyi no cameras allowed inside.

If there with a large tour group, try to get ahead of the crowd before the tunnel narrows. It takes a good 10-15 minutes to get to the end.

Not for the claustrophobic or unfit. Its a 300 m hike down a 11 deg slope and 50 m further to the end of the tunnel . Don't forget you'd still have to hike back up.

do not go down if you dont have the stamina. its way too down and its hard to get out. you can see how visitors are swimming with sweat. there is escalator but you have to book in advanced.

Take the cart and descent into the tunnel , mind your head.

Can get a little claustrophobic along the way. Make sure you're completely well to enjoy the experience.

Biggest tunnel there, interesting to be in the tunnel , if you have disease please avoid:)

It goes under 160cm at points so tall people must stoop a lot

Helmet is definitely necessary, especially for tall people !

Claustrophobic ! But you get a good understanding of what's going on at the DMZ.

From a history perspective very interesting, but not worth the climb . Good exercise though.

Don't take the train to go inside, do it on the foot if you want to remember it for rest of your life.

زيارة رائعه ، لكن اود ان الفت الانتباه الى الاتي:- ١-منطقة DMZ تحتوي على متحف ومحطة قطار تم انشائها للزبط بين الكوريتين . ٢١ اهم شيء في الزيارة هو زيارة منJSA وهي تلمنطقة الحدودية بين الكوريتين .

“Divertido” escuchar como golpean los cascos en el techo por no bajar la cabeza. La bajada muy fácil , la subida no tanto. Puedes subir en tren .

Espectacular, es sitio obligatorio en Corea. No olviden la cámara y el telefoto.

北の兵士はここまでして南進したかったのか、という執念を感じる。そのまま観光 地にしちゃう韓国も凄い。
